Daemon Special Rules

Daemonic: Immune to Psychology; Fear; Daemonic Aura (5+ Ward Save); Daemonic Attacks (magical attacks); Daemonic Instability (special kind of Break Test)

Daemonic Instability: Calculate combat resolution as normal and roll 2D6. Compare the dice roll to the Daemons' Leadership value, taking into account any modifiers from combat resolution. For each point the unit fails its test by, the unit suffers one additional wound (with no saves of any kind allowed).

Locus of Khorn, Tzeentch, Nurgle and Slaanesh: As long as Herald is present in the unit the unit has an additional bonus. Which is: Hatered for Khorn, 4+ Ward Save for Tzeentch, Regeneration (4+) for Nurgle and Always Strike First for Slaanesh.

Jaggernaut of Khorne:

Brass Behemoth: Add +3 to its rider's armour save, rather than +1.

Beast of Nurgle:

Slime Trail: Enemy units do not receive combat resolution bonuses for attacking the flank or rear.

Fiend of Slaanesh:

Soporific Musk: A unit in base contact rolls an extra dice when fleeing and then discards the highest.

Flamer of Tzeentch:

Flames of Tzeentch: Shooting weapon, 18”, S4, Multiple Shots (D6), Warpflame

Warpflame: At the end of each phase roll a D6 for each unit that suffered one or more unsaved wounds from an attack with this special rule during the course of that phase.
6: D3 wounds with no armour saves allowed
2-5: Nothing
1: Regeneration (6+) or +1 to Regeneration (if already has Regeneration)

Screamer of Tzeentch:

Lamprey's Bite: Multiple Wounds (D3) in close combat against models with Large Target special rule.

Slashing Attack: If a unit moves over one or more unengaged enemy units in the Remaining Moves phase, choose one of those units – it suffers D3 S4 attacks per model with Slashing Attack rule. Attacks hit on 4+ and are treated as Shooting Attacks.

Soulgrinder of Chaos:

Caught by the Iron Claw: Just before making any attacks, nominate one model in base contact. That model must pass an Initiative. If the test is failed, all other attacks against that model hit automatically.

Inplaceable Advance: The model can move (not march) and still shoot any one of its weapons.

Harvester Cannon: Grapeshot. If misfire is rolled, instead suffer one wound with no saves of any kind allowed.

Baleful Torrent: Firethrower. If misfire is rolled, instead suffer one wound with no saves of any kind allowed.

Daemonbone Claw: Can exchange all attacks for a single special attack (declared after Caught by the Iron Claw is resolved). S10 Multiple Wounds (D6).

Phlegm Bombardment: Stone Thrower. If misfire is rolled, instead suffer one wound with no saves of any kind allowed.

Warp Gaze: Bolt Thrower.
