Maneaterzy, dżordże, bohaterowie to wszystko metale.

GW Italian Event Manager told us to wait a little bit more if you want to see more Ogre. He explaned the relaunch of OK does not represent a big investment for Games Workshop: all basic troops are already in good quality plastic and there are just some kits that need to be converted into plastic kits (scraplauncher, Rhinox, probably heroes). There will be probably one/two new troops/monster.

Ogre Kingdom will be one of the next Army Book released, probably this year.

2 tygodnie temu zamowilem sobie Skraga i dzis wreszcie dostalem odpowiedz z GW. Wszystkie zamowienia do OK zostaly wstrzymane do czasu wydania nowego podrecznika, a to oznacza, ze to juz nie moze potrwac dlugo.

Pewnie już wszyscy widzieli?
Wintermute has graciously allowed me to open another thread for Ogres rumors. Lets all please behave ourselves and keep this thread on topic.

Thank you for following the rules and thanks again to Wintermute.

These were the possible rumors from the previous thread by jamesterjlrb

jamesterjlrb suggested that GW will be pushing Ogres at GamesDay
Harry's absolute, resounding unambiguous yes to this rumor. (Sounds like we misunderstood Harry at first and Ogres at Gamesday was confirmed)

Ghost 21 has suggested that there will be one or two character based kits. Due to the size of ogres plastic characters seem more likely than for other races. It is not clear whether he means normal or special characters. He also suggested there will be a rhinox based kit and a plastic scraplauncher kit.
Based on the last few releases it would appear likely that Ogres will get a big gribbly and/or a sort of casting/mounted platform creature (e.g. sphinx, stegadon, arachnarok, bell), or both in one.

Also from Ghost 21:
Yhetees new models, possibly not first wave, will be more useful gamewise and yhettes will be bulkier.
Slave giants will be a mount option, possibly for gnoblar characters.
Some sort of choice system for gut magic, possibly buying spells.
Hunters get larger packs and some sort of bear thing
Hunter possibly in resin
Ogres will have new weapon options

From Far2Casual, possible new Butchers and Slaughtermasters coming with Storm of Magic maybe in resin?

Mentioned by ferrus and backed up by Harry and Ghost21 rumors of plastic rhinox cavalry.

Darnok: (not yet confirmed)
Ogres gain resilience through improved save, not sure if its a 6+ scaly skin or a 6+ regen. Fluff has to do with their layers of fat/gut
Ogre magic augment spells will no longer be remains in play, expect magic to be in line with all other lores, butchers/slaugthermasters may loose loremaster
Ogre ironguts go to strength 5, will have option to take a great weapon or a cls
Rhinox riders are in the list officially
Maneaters may gain the ability to improve their stats to reflect their worldly experience, unit may choose one: +1 bs, +1 ws, +1T or terror.
Leadbelchers receive normal cannons, move or fire. So can shoot normal cannon ball (D3 wounds) or grapeshot.
Restrictions for gnoblars and scraplaunchers are gone
Bignames no longer count towards magic item allowance

From Harry (If I am understanding him correctly, let me know if I have this wrong Harry or missed something)
Rhinox for scrap launcher no longer a juvenile?
Kit can make more than one unit type, scrap launcher and some sort of wagon
A kit with a set of three Rhinox riders
Lack of ogres in finecast means new character models

New rumor from Ogre Stronghold (not sure who to credit here) and confirmed by Harry.
"Ogres will be coming soon, they've got a VERY heavy plastic cav as well as what I can only describe as being between a chaos war mammoth and a bantha from star wars! which IIRC can be loaded out in 3 or 4 different ways (char mount, large cannon, multiple leadbelcher cannons etc.) IIRC there's also a plastic character kit (butchers & tyrants I think."

If I have managed to mess any of this up, just plain missed something, or forgot to give proper credit please shoot me a PM... or just send me a message minus the shooting...

Jak wychodziły bestie, też miały mieć mamuta, a suma sumarum g**no dostały.

Nowa porcja w miarę potwierdzonych plotek nt. naszej ukochanej armii:

Phil Kelly is author.

Plastic kits:
Rhinox Riders (on regular Rhinoxen) (box of 3, Giant Bases)
Scraplauncher/Skewer-slinger (Similar to Warp-cannon/plague-claw in design)
Great Mammox with three ogre crew and plastic tyrant option (Same base as Arachnarock. Imagine a cross between a musk ox and a Mammoth. Absolutely the most astonishing plastic set yet produced by GW!)
Yhetees (More gorilla-like, and and no more 80's hairstyle manes. Really dynamic for a plastic kit. Includes really awsome frozen Gnoblar-bit)

Litterally a small unit of Gnoblars can be made from the extras in these kits alone.

Finecast:
Jahred The Red
Golgfag Maneater

Old models redone in finecast: Goldtooth, Skrag, maneaters (box of 3, female, ninja and pirate discontinued), Tyrant/bruiser, gorger.

Rules:

Bull Charge will work always, even though you're less than 3 ogres and charge less than 6".
All ogres except butchers gain a basic 6+ save from their gut plates.

Ogre Clubs negates parry save, and is a general rule for all weapons like Choppas in OnG.

All army restrictions and max caps gone, but gnoblars do not count towards minimum core.

Weapon options for units cheaper, and minor point reductions across the board. Bulls will stay same base cost.

Magic will be standardized. Most spells will stay similar (augments with low casting values) but with greater range, and can be buffed to affect more units. May also be cast on Yhetees and Gorgers.

Rhinox Riders are super-hard. They get regular stomp and D3+1 Bull Charge, and also has Devastating Charge. (Special Choice). No mention of Bull Rhinoxen.

Scraplauncher, same but moves to Rare, does D6+1 impact hits due to Rhinox's horns.

Rhinox and Mammox are mount options for Tyrant.

Mammox can thunderstomp everything, like the SoM Bonegrinder Giant. Insane stats, but expensive (like 290 points base.). Crew can have leadbelcher swivel guns.

Hunter greatly improved. Move and fire with harpoon and monster-killing special rules.

Yhetees as in SoM, but with options for 2HW or GW.

Leadbelchers auto-hit, and can fire every turn, but only S4, no AP. Don't come with Light Armour.

Maneaters have massive point drop, and even more crazy weapon options. Can take a Special Character champion (Golgfag).

New Cauldron-altar rare unit for butchers, no new model. (Use Skrag?)

Lots of new special character. one with an insane magic weapon. Greasus now LD10 and completely rewritten (Stats, rules and items similar to Gorbad Ironclaw).

Magic Items:

Big Names Gone.

Half of items are Magic Weapons.

Tenderizer and Siegebreaker will stay.

Halfling Cookbook grants Loremaster.

There's a banner granting the same frenzy Minotaurs have.

Plastics will be out in October. Finecast in November.
I ogry ignorują parry save.

No i szlag trafił Big Names.
