So it's partially also our (Poles') holiday

1) Yes it would be your holiday too. It is the date of Nazi Germany capitulation. WW 2 ended in Japan in august 1945

I am sure it is quite possible for anyone outside Warsaw to have their documents ready, if you have a friend in Warsaw, of course.

We had a gauy form Samara coming to you last year. And that is 1300 Km from Moscow

The tickets - no, i mean by train, but THERE and BACK again.

So that a one-way tocket to Moscow would be about 50 GBP (likely less!).

It is just the maximum.

I belive that if you are going by train you need also the visa for Białorus (White Russia?).

Not likely.

There is a union treaty between Russia and Belorussia, a Union State in fact.

Check it out of course at Russian Embassy. But most likely it will be not a problem at all

Three Riders of Hardkor and friends (Fisch, me and probably Kacper...and my wife) are preparing to visit that tournament. As for now we have a strong desire to be there, but at first we need to check, if it would be possible (job, time, money). We will inform you soon about our final decision.
