To: the captains and spokespersons of the teams participating in the ETC 2013

Greetings,

First of all, I wish a Happy Easter to all those who celebrate it. :)

The ETC is approaching so I am sending you the relevant info:

DEADLINES
- 15.05: sending the Confirmation of Attendance form.
You can check out here the responses that we got so far:

- 15.06.: -payment of the entry fee, both for the ETC and the singles tournament.
- payment for the dorm rooms, for those who choose that accommodation.
- payment for the dinner/social event that will be organized on Friday, August 10th, for all the participants. The event includes a dinner and unlimited drinks the whole evening and it will cost around 25e/person.

Details concerning payment (exact sums, bank accounts etc.) will be provided in the next few weeks. The entry fee will be determined after 15.05, when we will know the final number of participants.

PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
Please make sure that you have all the relevant information concerning the visa and passport requirements for traveling to Serbia. The most reliable source of information is the Serbian embassy in your country.

ACCOMMODATION
There are still rooms left at the hotels Park and Leopold, while hotel Master might have only a room left. There are also still places in the dorms, including the one that is across the street from the venue.

Wstępnie zgłosiłem 4 osoby na singla, jak ktoś chce jechać to podejrzewam, że ten 15 czerwca może być datą ostateczną. To ETC często robią kosmici intelektu i naprawdę potrafią mieć dziwne procedury.

Ja na 99% będe jechać do Serbii pobawić się i pokibicować naszym.

Być może będe mieć nawet 2 miejsca w samochodzie więc mogę kogoś zebrać z Krk/Śląska, tylko jeszcze nie wiem, czy np. nie pojade wcześniej.

Dobrze wiedzieć. Ja na 99% też pojadę co najmniej na etc single i też chętnie pojechałbym wcześniej trochę się poszwędać po Novym Sadzie i okolicach.
