The data is just from Poland mostly, so metagame/good player with WoC might have had a nice saying (and this 2 issues aren't solved just because you play 500 games more), apart from the obvious pairings/luck issue, which is somewhat reduced with the greater number of games played. I'd rather look at the actual armylists that won those tournaments, and at the pairings (or bye?) they had.

Team Poland themselves, which seem to be the main force behind this data and behind this lobbying trend, didn't brought WoC to Novi Sad 2013. Nor did Germany, who finally were winners

So what is the deal with them? It is some new list that wasn't avaliable on 2013 (2HC build, or some kind of flying circus, maybe)? Is it that some hard counters for WoC are now not avaliable (OnG or IM, maybe)? Or is it that the Polish data is in one way or another, flawed?

Please provide some better arguments/information than raw data. For some data to be accepted as true, it doesn't only has to be statistically reliable, it also has to bear some relevance. If I showed you statistical data from 1.000 games where TK is number 1, would you accept it? Or would you further inquire how that data can be of relevance, or not?
