This is the list of obvious updates needed.
Army Rules and Items
1. Ward Save on Talisman Runes. Seekers as the most opposed beneficiaries of it, are not able to pick them up anymore. Could we move Ward Save from Armor to Talisman, or add Talisman Ward runes, with limit to maximum Ward on 4+, to be clear?
2. General feel is that Magic Phase is a bit weaker then expected but that we need more testing before we commit to serious changes.
On the other hand, Dispel is below the expected level. Respecting that we should not introduce second item to auto-dispel we would like to introduce some (at least two) of these Arcane runes to allow some potential boosts to dispel:
2.a Changing the Rune of Harnessing (35pts):
The Dwarven Hold player receives a +2 bonus to his Channeling Rolls, and the opponent receives a -2 penalty.
Comment: we find that the automatic effect of Rune of Balance (even if it was allowed for HE army) is too strong an artifact to have. We feel this is much more in line with the spirit of changes in the 9th edition.
2.b Rune of Stability (20pts):
One use only. The bearer may increase a single of its Dispel rolls with a +1D6 modifier (note that this is not a Dispel dice) and ignore the Not Enough Power rule.
Comment: This is copied wand of stability, made 5 points more expensive to compensate the ability for combining it.
2.c Rune of Grounding 30pts
The Dwarven Holds player may remove a Power Dice from his own magic phase and add it as a Dispel Dice in the opponents magic phase.
Max 1 per army.
Comment: Basically saving a PD for the bonus in dispel. Intentionally working in one direction only, boosting only dispel.
Characters and Mounts
3.a Throne of War has the rule War Platform in it, with no reason for it. It does not benefit, or lose anything from this rule. It just complicates things. It should be removed. Adding an optional line that it follows the same rules for placement as War Platform is possible if needed. The rest of War Platform rules are just conflicting or inapplicable to Throne of War.
3.b Both Mounts (Palanquin and Throne of War) have no Relentless rule explicitly listed, as it was said to come from Character (Dwarf King) mounted on them. It caused some confusion and is one of more frequent questions asked. Should we list the Relentless explicitly, just to avoid confusion?
4. The issue with odd numbers for shooting ranges. We see the confusion created and offer a solution. We could offer to change the bonus Master Engineer gives form 1+D6 to D3*2 and bonus from the rune for Dwarf Volley Cannon (and Fire Cannon) from 3" to 4" (2" would be meaningless, 4" still not game-breaking).
Alternatively, this is not needed, if you rule (or explicitly word in BRB) on measuring half of the odd ranges.
Core choices
5. Price of Shields should be streamlined with other books, specially regarding possible combinations of Shields with other weapons, where Parry would not work. We were not aware of this possibility until we saw how the other books solved it. Basically, for Warriors, Shooters and Greybeards the line for shields should be split in two lines:

6. Minimum number of Dwarf Shooters unit to be changed to 5 models. Maximum unchanged (i.e. 25). This would enable smaller scouting unit, like the rangers were mostly used in 8th edition. The intent is to make options flexible, not stronger. Smaller units would take-up "slots" reducing total number of shots per turn, which would not improve gun-lines so much, as give flexibility to the army.
7. Warriors are a bit underrepresented. We feel it might change a bit, but would like to differentiate them from other Core choices a bit. GB and Shooters benefit a lot, and pay a decent price for bonuses like Scout and Ambush. Having Warriors in ambush is a lot weaker, but it is not represented trough the price. It might be good reducing the price for ambushing Warriors to 1 point per model. No changes in that respect to other two units.
7.a Could we ask for possible upgrade only for warrior champion in form of "drilling equipment" that would allow re-roll on failed ambush roll to appear. Cost at 15 points.
No such upgrade for Greybeard unit, as it is not needed.
Special Choices
8. Ironguard price of 16 points was determined when they had 2 Attacks each. It has not been lowered when it was nerfed to FiER, it is still the same with 1 Attack only, and FiER removed. The unit is heavily overpriced, to a point where it is not considered viable option. Correction is needed.
Suggestion is 14 points. It might require more tweaking to make the unit viable again, but we would like the steps to be taken slowly and gradually.
9. Skirmishers rule on the Steamcopter Unit - The guys from creative Team changed the place for that rule form what was designed. It created problems regarding units of one model being able to march and shoot, and receiving -1 from shooting. This was never intended. The ruleSkirmishers should be moved, in some way, to be gained once the second model is purchased. Possible correction: Skirmishes (if 2 or more models in the unit)
- SUGGESTED in the doc, as fjugin instructed - Solved, but listed to have a clear picture of all suggested changes
Rare Choices
10. Hold Guardians are not taken in lists. The general complaint is that the unit is overpriced, while being too specialized and easy to avoid, negate and destroy. Suggestion to repair it, without breaking its role and design, would be:
Hold Guardians Unit Size: 3 models 180 points, may add up to 3 models for 70 points per model
Same as they are, just basic small unit a bit cheaper, with the price of upgrades kept higher, reflecting the added toughness of the unit.
Hopefully we could get both internal and external balance improved.

Innych nerfow im nie trzeba za cenę jaką trzeba za nich zapłacić.właściwie są bardzo podobni do bugmanow, za tą samą cenę a przy bugmanach chyba takiego rwetesu nie było... Ale jeśli dobrze rozumiem, chcą skasować auto dispell.
Dziadki są na chwilę obecną trochę za drogie, co nie zmienia faktu, że na tle naszego core (i większości special) to wciąż najlepszy oddział.
Nerfy nie są im potrzebne tylko ludzie muszą się nauczyć jak przeciwko nim grać.

7.b Price of the Thrown Weapon on Warrior should be 1 point per model. With BS3, S3 it is far from power level that would require 2 points.
8. Greybeards are too represented. Scouts/Thrown Weapon combinations more then anything. Basic problem with it is the BS4. With small boosts to Warriors that are needed to make them viable (external balance in mind), we would suggest one of the following to be implemented:
- Reducing BS of Greybeards to 3, and their price reduced by 1 point because of that OR
- Price of Thrown Weapon to be increased to 3 points per model

10.a Steamcopter weapon Flame Blaster should have explicit limit on not being used after March move. It caused many questions, and it is not clear with the rules for Free Reform on flier units... It was never intended to be able to March and Shoot template.
11.a Anvil of Power - Range of Damage Spells to be reduced to 48". 60" was intended suggestion for Augments, to encourage more aggressive approaches, long range damage should be an option, but 60" might be too much.
11.b Anvil of Power - based on complaints from opponents, we suggest removing Shields from Guards.

Policz ile tych pestek jest, bo po mojemu średnio 12, co przy BS3, karze za zasięg, multiple shot itp. nagle powoduje że mówimy o średnio 2 trafieniach.
