ETC warm up

15th – 17th of June
Brande, Denmark


Welcome to the complete ETC warm up tournament pack. Here you will get all your questions answered and hopefully be left with a strong enthusiastic will to participate.


Where does the tournament take place:
Præstelundskolen
7330 Brande
Denmark

Brande is located approximately in the middle of Jutland.
25 km from Billund airport.
140 km from the Danish / German border.
220 km to northern Jutland where you can sail to Sweden and Norway.

Rules and restrictions:
The tournament will commence exactly like the real ETC tournament. You can learn all about it here: http://warhammer.org.uk/index.html
Only difference being the timetable for the tournament and terrain setup.

Signing up:
You can sign up for the tournament by writing an email to: etcwarmup@nifcon.dk

You will be asked to transfer the entry fee for the tournament – you have 14 days to get this done. Otherwise your spot at the tournament is lost, and you have to sign up again.

Teams with a majority of non Danish players can sign up now.
Teams with a majority of Danish players can sign up starting 1st of March.

Entry fee:
200 €
We do not refund money if for some reason you have to cancel your participation. You are free to sell your tournament spot on the black market. Please let us know if this happens.

Accommodation:
The tournament takes place at a public school. There will be class rooms available to sleep in. You just bring sleeping bags etc. Alternatively you can camp outside if you bring a tent.
This is included in the tournament fee.
For extra entertainment there will be different board games, billiard table, Nintendo wee etc.

Food:
The entry fee includes a basic breakfast. Coffee and tea is also included in the entry fee.

Alcohol:
You can enjoy moderate amounts of alcohol at the tournament. We do not want to see drunk people or experience drunken behaviour. If this happens you will be asked to leave the tournament. Not kidding! The outer doors at the gaming hall closes 30 minutes after the last game – this is important if you are planning on going out for a drink at night.
We strongly emphasize that this is a competitive tabletop tournament - if you chose to participate it should be because you want to play competitive warhammer and not because you want to get drunk!

Extra people:
The entry fee includes the possibility for each team to bring up to two extra persons. Coaches, Stand inns, Cheerleaders etc.

Open army lists:
Instead of posting your army lists on a public forum you have to email them to etcwarmup@nifcon.dk no later than 15th of May.
All army lists will be collected in an easy printable PDF file, which will be e-mailed to each team 1st of June. Please respect this deadline. We will enforce severe punishment upon teams failing to do so!

20.00 Welcome speech and first round matchups are revealed.
21.00 Match #1 begins.
24.30 Match #1 Ends.
02.00 Second round matchups are revealed.

Saturday:
07.30 Breakfast
08.30 Match #2.
12.00 Match #2 ends.

12.30 Third round matchups are revealed.
13.00 Match #3.
16.30 Match #3 ends.

17.00 Fourth round matchups are revealed.
18.30 Match #4.
22.00 Match #4 ends.

22.30 Fifth round matchups are revealed.
23.00 Match #5.

Sunday:
09.00 Breakfast.
10.00 Match #6.
13.30 Match #6 ends.
14.30 Winners are announced and the tournament ends.

Hehe co ci duńczycy nie wiedzą jak się bawić Zreszta z tego co pamiętam to na ETC 2010 ktoś z naszego teamu zrobił najwiecej punktów będąc w stanie bardzo mocno wskazującym

Jeżeli odliczyć nocleg, a Maryś czy ktoś inny jest w stanie załatwić tani przelot to wychodzi cenowo całkiem nieźle.

Akurat oni więdzą jak się bawić

Jeżeli odliczyć nocleg, a Maryś czy ktoś inny jest w stanie załatwić tani przelot to wychodzi cenowo całkiem nieźle.

jedzenie za 100kę
przejazd z lotniska

zamykamy się w 5 paczkach, tylko trzeba te loty posprawdzać

Yyy... tam jest napisane, ze za wjazd 200EUR. To nie stówka, tylko jakieś 800zł. Calkiem, kurcze, niezle ja za wjazd na impre bez porzadnego noclegu.

W każdym razie, jak ktoś chce to niech się weźmie za organizację tego albo dajcie mi znać, żebym nie trzymał Duńczyków w niepewności....

Dopisz mnie jako chętnego na wyjazd - proponuje zarezerwoac dwa miejsca dla Polski z zastrzezeniem że inf zostanie potwierdzone do najpozniej konca Kwietnia.

Na chwilę obecną jeden skład jest niepewny, więc klepanie drugiego nie ma sensu. Ułatwiajmy życie organizatorom i nie klepmy miejsc w ciemno. Gdybym Ci ludzie poklepali miejsce w Babicach w ten sposób też nie byłbyś turbo szczęśliwy.

Ja na chwilę obecną się wstrzymuje, jak ktoś się będzie wykruszał to najwyżej wejdę na jego miejsce, ale na tą chwilę nie jestem się w stanie potwierdzić.
